You get two extra weeks to finish all 8 quests.
In a surprising announcement through the Main Menu, The Sims 4 Blast From The Past Live Event will be extended for two extra weeks. Meaning that the end date for this Sims 4 Live Event has been moved from March 18th to April 1st, 2025.
The message comes straight from The Sims 4's Main Menu where players like @SimMattically were able to capture the new message.

Not your birthday? So? You deserve cake! earn the Suprise Birthday Cake & get ready to dance! The Blast from the Past Event is extended until April 1.

You can also check the new date of The Sims 4 Blast From The Past Event ending on the Events tab in the top left corner.

There's no information as of yet on why The Sims Team decided to extend the live event date for two extra weeks. If you haven't completed the Live Event yet, this is the perfect opportunity to snag the exclusive items before they're gone!

I feel like it’s an early April Fools Joke given the end date is on April 1st
Can they give us the option to remove the event UI all together off the screen once we complete it or don’t want it? I’m going to need to download a mod aren’t I?
