What Is Go-Go Town?
Go-Go Town is the recently released simulation city builder game developed and published by Prideful Sloth. Having been released originally in early access on Steam back in June 2024, the team has celebrated the game entering its full 1.0 version by leaving early access on Steam but also releasing it on the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
Go-Go Town is much more than your average simulation city builder game. You have elements of management, automation, community, resource gathering, day-to-day running of your town and so much more just waiting to be discovered. You can play solo and be in control of everything or team up with friends in the game's co-op mode for chaos.
Go-Go Town Features
As mayor of this soon-to-be vibrant and bustling town, there are some important details you'll need to know first! Fear not, because we've got a closer look at all of the Go-Go Town features for you!
Grow Your Town
Build roads, places of business, homes for your residents and services where they will continue to grow and develop. Welcome tourists and give them a reason to stick around for a little bit. Hire employees for your shops to help keep products available and, of course, help keep the money coming in. Over time you'll see your town go from its starting roots to a lively dream town everyone will want to visit!
Optimise, Automate & Prosper
Curate each and every business, industry zone and even building configuration depending on your wants and needs. Delegate workers to help get the most out of your supply chains, create logistics networks and watch your systems grow and strengthen over time. Better still, why not automate the processes to take some of the pressure off? The choice is yours, but will you become the mayor of micromanagement?

It's All About Style!
As mayor of this new town, you only deserve the best when it comes to your own home. Explore an immersive house customisation mode which comes with a useful colour picker and 360° placement so every inch of your home looks exactly how you want.
However, you can also step into the Change-O-Tron and see what that has to offer. You're the mayor, so why not let your unique style shine throughout your town?
Co-Op Chaos
While you can play Go-Go Town solo, why not team up with up to four mayors in online co-op? By combining both local and online play, you'll find yourself combining fun and friendly teamwork with chaos.
So why not hang out with friends, chat, emote and rally the mayors together when things start to get a little busy? Just be careful you don't run over or bump into one another all the time.
