You can download in on the EA page just search in google Sims 4 demo game (that is how I got it)

Are the tattoos and skin details layerable? Can I put more than one tattoo and more than one skin detail on at a time?

You can put multiple tattoos, but only if they’re on different areas of your body. For example: Arm and back Tattoo.
Same goes for Skin Details.

you can download the demo at origin.com but you need the origin app to download it
