Our The Sims 4 Challenges forum category over at Sims Community Social is full of interesting challenges created by our members that will make you change the way you usually play The Sims 4. Here are 5 challenges we recommend that you should start playing today:
1) Off The Grid Challenge
Your objective for this challenge is to build up a town with a tribe of Sims that lives completely off the land. No buying your groceries, no using technology, no indoor plumbing, no businesses or careers that make use of any of these things, and no outtings to community lots that have these things. Your Sims are 100% dependent on themselves and their own hard work to survive. The challenge ends when every household in your town has met the challenge requirements for being true off the grid masters (but if you are having fun playing this way when your challenge ends, feel free to continue)!
2) Raise Them Right Challenge
Your sim is new to town, and didn’t really have the money to fund herself. A kindly male sim took her in, and gave her a bed and food. The two started to get close, and things took a turn for the worst. The two “lovebirds” were caught by the supposedly single sims girlfriend, was kicked out with no money, and, to top it all off, recently found out she was pregnant. Now, with only a plot of land to her name, she must work to provide a loving home for her child and “raise them right”.
3) Multi-Pack CAS Challenge
The sim you create can use only one item from each pack. Including the base game! Thus, hair, head accessories, top, bottom, body accessories and shoes have to be from different Packs. If you choose two head accessories or two body accessories to round up the seven items allowed, they too cannot be from the same pack! And no CC!
4) The Island Challenge
Far away in the Simsian Sea lies a tropical island without a name. It is home of two gods. One is the red fire god Llamatipoca who lives in the volcano of the island and is an unforgiving short tempered god who constantly ask for favors, rituals and offerings to still his hunger for attention. The other one is the absolute counterpart of the volcano god. It’s appearance is so beautiful that there is no comparison of beauty in the universe. It’s the wise white god of light, fertility and humor. They say it answers to the name of “Player.” This god wants that every plant, animal and Sim living on the island flourishes and reaches its full potential. “Player” keeps the balance of nature on the island and watches over every single being that lives on it. Especially the Sims.
5) The Royalty Challenge
In this challenge, you play as a three person family — A king, A queen, and A princess. They are the rulers of your Sims world and are allotted the Biggest lot and a huge mansion, plus infinite money. Their plan is to take over the world, and collect all of it’s wonders. Each position in the house has a job to do, and as the sims grow older, their positions will shift.
