SimGuruMrE has shared 4 new screenshots from The Sims 4 Tiny Living Stuff Pack showcasing his tiny residental lot that he’s built.
The screenshots of his lot that you can see down below are of a Tiny Home Lot (the brand new Lot Type that comes with this pack) that belongs in the “Micro Tier”.
In another screenshot the developer reveals all 3 tiers / requirements, with each tier requiring a certain amount of home tiles.
As shown in the screenshot below there are 3 different tiers including:
- Tier 3 – Small Home (up to 100 tiles)
- Tier 2 – Tiny Home (up to 64 tiles)
- Tier 1 – Micro Home (up to 32 tiles)
As revealed in the official trailer for Tiny Living Stuff Pack, the smaller lot you build – the more benefits you unlock for your lot. If you manage to build a Micro Home you’ll be able to enjoy all of the Tiny Home benefits, with some of them being listed from the trailer screengrab down below:
When I saw the trail I was like “hmmm It’s kinda weird” but I am pretty curious now, this is like a new challenge
There are not a lot of lot space for
This stuff pack
The video shows a larger lot but only building on 100 tiles.
Seriously can’t wait for this! I already have an idea for a house made out of two 3×5 containers.
A 32 sq tile Studio Apartment style build with only walls surrounding the bathroom might work.
I have been fascinated with tiny homes wanted to make my real life tinyhome since I can’t I’ll live it vicariously through my Sims life. when will we get cars and what about skate boards, jump rope.
When are you guys going to upgrade the kids pack, like we could really use bump beds for a household greater than 4, just wondering.
*bunk*
I really wished that this pack would have bunk beds. Also I wish the tiers were determined by how many sims there were In your house I.e 1 sim might have a max of 50 tiles but 8 sims could have like 110
Can only residential lots reap the benefits of being Tiny? Because building a super-cozy cafe with all those lot bonuses on it sounds like such a chill afternoon tbh
Running out of ideas if you now have to buy a stuff pack to have a challenge of building a small house. I dunno about this.
I can’t wait for the Disney princesses in The Sims 4 yay and also Disney villains too! ❤
the challenges won’t work. like the tiny home residental option doesn’t show up.
