With every new pack comes more possibilities for previous packs to have ways of integrating a range of different features into the newest expansion. The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle is no exception to this. Here is a look at just some of the ways you can open up gameplay possibilities using previous The Sims 4 additional content.
Discover University
Whether you want your Sims to get a degree in Communications or Physics, either one of these degrees will help your Sims start at a higher level in the Civil Designer Career. You may find that your Sim is also eligible for the Evergreen Harbor Resident Scholarship too.
Seasons
While usually, we’d love to see beautiful clear skies and sunshine in Evergreen Harbor, if you have The Sims 4 Seasons you have the chance to experience acid rain.
Tiny Living
The Build Buy items that come with The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle work perfectly with those from the Tiny Living Stuff Pack. Not only that, but you can also try your hand at creating a variety of Eco-Friendly Tiny Homes too!
Get Together
There are a few new additions to the Get Together Clubs feature with Eco Lifestyle. You can set specific club requirements that are related to the new Fabrication and Juice Fizzing Skills as well as the Civil Designer and Freelance Crafter Careers. For club activities, you can set Fabricating Objects and Making Juice Fizzing Objects as approved or banned activities.
The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle adds even more options to expand on existing gameplay as well as introducing a number of new ways to play the game. While this article covers several ways on how you can expand gameplay with existing packs, there are still plenty more ways to discover! This could be through gameplay, Build Buy Mode or even in Create A Sim.
Let us know which expansions you plan to use alongside The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle.
I have heard Spellcasters of RoM can be useful for easy fixing items found in the dumpster, if that counts as cross pack gameplay
I’m gonna have a spellcaster Sim make a bunch of candles and sell them in a store alongside potions and crystals.
Good stuff for a Witchy shop!
That’s such a great idea!
You can collect water from base game fishing signs but also
– snowpiles (seasons)
– Shallow parts of swimmable water (island living / discover university)
– the wishing well (romantic garden)
Not sure if this counts as pack related because it actually came with the base game update but I thought it was worth mentioning so people know dew collectors aren’t the only way to get water.
That’s right but that feature came with the new off the grid overhaul 🙂
The bees from seasons also go really well with this pack. They produce bees wax (I assume for candles) and the honey can be used in the juice fizzing machine
