EA has a brand new Sims 4 Laundry List – expect a Game Patch next week!
The Sims Team and Electronic Arts have just published a brand new Sims 4 Laundry List. Consisting of top community voted bugs, issues and concerns that should be addressed and fixed in the upcoming Sims 4 Update.
The latest Sims 4 Laundry List is here, and promises to fix several bugs and glitches. Specifically mostly around gameplay. If you’ve been looking to know what’s been happening with the corrupt Sims 4 Save Game files and weather indoors, there’s a first round of fixes expected to happen sometime soon. However, no guarantees for that happening in the next update.

Welcome to the Laundry List where we’ll share a list of the top community concerns that we’re currently investigating and hope to resolve. This is only a list of top topics with upcoming fixes; there are more topics reported by players that are not listed here and are still being worked on. Thank you for your continued reports and votes on what issues you’re experiencing.
Here’s the list of the top community concerns we’re investigating for our next update:
- Unable to water plants.
- Teenage Sims aging up to young adults and do not get a third trait.
- Vampire eyes on Child Sims revert back to normal eyes.
- High school event tasks do not appear for secondary active teen Sims.
- After shaving to preferred length, arm hairs are not removing.
- Sims with any level of logic skill are unable complete Chess Fair puzzle.
- Rebirth : Sim greyed out as a Ghost Sim but not forwarded to the rebirth screen.
- Rebirth interaction results in a simulation error for Sims with reward traits such as Affection Aficionado, Beloved, and Romantic Sage.
- Godrays appear every time for the Occult picker in the CAS UI.
- Sims unresponsive & game freeze in save menu when multiple ghosts are in Household.
- Plant gets black spots when zooming out.
- [Mac] Game becomes unresponsive while travelling to the Library and Nightclub in Willow Creek.
Our team continues to investigate other community concerns for future fixes. Please note that some topics can be complicated to replicate and require an extended investigation on our end, so even though we are actively reviewing, it’s not a guarantee that we’ll have an immediate fix for it in the upcoming patch. Next Sims 4 Update Release
If we were to follow the pattern of previous Sims 4 Update releases, the next Sims 4 Update is expected to drop around May 1st. Conveniently that’s when three official Sims 4 Kits are also set to be released!

There is an aging glitch involving the long lifespan again. If your game has aging on under the long lifespan and you move them out to another house, they automatically have a birthday. It’s a real bummer.

Oh, that’s not good. uhm, u can post it on discord maybe 🙂 there is a channel to tell bugs and so on. and the devs see it then 🙂
I knew they wouldn’t bother fixing the child and toddler body slider glitch!
They ruined my game! Can’t even play anymore without the kids and toddlers.
That one was fixed a little while back.
We still have the werewolf CAS glitch that affects the nose and mouth and seemingly erases the paw pads / markings on their hands.
God, the save game corruption bug STILL isn’t fixed?
Good to know they can release multiple kits though, too bad they’re unplayable
