The new indie project that we’ve been reporting about for years is getting its first Early Access launch on Steam on May 25th, and we want to celebrate this occassion with a fun giveaway! We’re celebrating 13 years of Sims Community and want to throw a party for a promising new life simulator coming our way.
The entry rules are very simple, and the giveaway is open for everyone with a Steam account. And, preferrably, for everyone who can meet the minimum system requirements and start playing right away!

This giveaway ends six hours before Paralives launches first in Early Access on May 25th, 2026 at 12PM CEST. We want to make sure we can select the winners and exchange contacts so the game is given around the same time of its launch. We’ve also included a handy countdown below which lets you exactly when the giveaway entry period is over!

Build Mode. I spent such a crazy amount of time on it in The Sims. I once considered following a career in architecture and was driven by it. I am an artist, so sometimes I miss building and decorating houses.

Watching the Paralives videos, I fell in love with the buy and build mode. But also with the live mode and the possibility of having a different story every day thanks to the 3 “figures”.

Hard choice, but I’m torn between Paramaker and Live Mode. I really love the art style and want to customize the characters, but exploring the open world in Live Mode sounds so good too! I think the Paramaker would be first, can’t wait.

Live Mode!!! I need to see how long it takes before my Para starts emotionally spiralling, surviving on instant noodles, flirting with the wrong person, and redecorating their entire apartment at 2am instead of fixing their life. Basically: realistic gameplay!!!

I am very excited for the Build Mode in Paralives! I am a long time sims player and a big fan of architecture. I can’t wait to try out the build features. I just finished watching James Turner try out the build features and he mentioned it was exciting to have a new ‘sims’ game to learn about. I couldn’t agree more!

Hmm, this one is tough. I think I’m most excited to build. There seems to be a lot of customization, I just wonder how intuitive it is, or if it’s complicated to figure out.
The first thing I am going to try is the Paramaker. I love to create characters or recreate favorite characters. I’m so excited for the whole game.

Iโd try Live Mode first, because I want to meet the Paras I create in their natural chaos. Building is fun, but watching their little personalities, routines, and surprises unfold is where the real magic starts for me! <3
The building! I joined the patreon back in 2020 when I saw the customisation options for kitchen counters – thats literally all it took to get me hooked lol and COLOUR WHEEEEEEEL
