There’s been a lot of confusion about the full release of The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs Expansion Pack and so we wanted to make it a bit more clearer by making this countdown post that includes different time zones.
In case you don’t know, this pack will release worldwide on the same day but with a staggered release across different time zones. Down below you can find countdowns for multiple time zones.
Central European Time (Midnight, November 10)
British Time (11PM, November 9)

10PM MST is the same as 11PM CST. It’s just different time zones. I am in Colorado so I am in MST as well.
can it be time already?! ea orginally told me 10:30 am today mst im in CO as well when i founf out it was pm i had no idea what to do with myself!
ive been waiting all day for this realease. its 9:09 mst and i am getting fidgety!!! 10:00 in colorado cant come soon enough! and when im fidgety i do online shopping. such a dangerous time to be waiting

What about if you have preordered apparently we can download it day before release but wot be able to play until its released
Yep so good thing I gave them my money early all for nothing. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever doing that again. There is no incentive.
And they will just make us wait…and wait…and they cannot even tell time correctly in different time zones, so it is an even greater let down.
According to my Origin the Australian release is 11:30pm November 9
The countdown is wrong? It is supposed to come out here in Norway at 00:00 10th of November and the clock says 1 day, 11 hours and 57 minutes. My clock here is 1:24 pm

The countdown to 12AM eastern Australian daylight saving time is showing as 23 hours away when it is 10 hours away. It’s currently 2pm 9th Nov, 10 hours until midnight 10th Nov. 🙂

And the longer answer is to build the most enormous hype possible in all different time zones. Marketing 101 and such.
I think the Australian countdown is wrong. It will be the 10th / 12am in 7ish hours, not 20… that would make it the 11th

Current Pacific Daylight Time is 9:04PM, but the “clock” holding my pets pack hostage says that it still has 45 minutes.
Maybe next time you guys build up such a hype for something as awesome as pets you learn how to tell time in different time zones so you can deliver on promises that you have made for the last several

For the hype and because they like to see how miserable we are up until the very second it is released.

This Countdown sucks, it is not available in USA for another 20 odd mins, but this says 00000
I’m in Colorado, bought the game, tried to download and it says I have no internet connection. Which isn’t true. I can go on the gallery and everything. It won’t let me download please help!!
Log into your Origin and select the Pest Pack expansion. On the right you will see the time and date that it is released. I am in AZ, for example, and mine says: “Release date: November 9, 2017 10:00 PM MST”. It is currently 9:54PM my time.
well i have waited for 8 hours and origin still won’t let me download it and i have checked my delivery list and it says that its still progressing or something and it doesn’t make any sense because i preordered it so it should just let me download it. seriously origin makes me so mad sometimes.

does anyone besides me have trouble with downloading it on origin? because mine have said all night that it can’t download because of the network connection or that i should try later but well i tried for 8 hours now and i don’t have trouble with the network connection
Nope! I’m having the same issue, tried running a fixing program through it and it checked the files, I updated the game, updated origin, nothing. I can use the internet through origin and through sims but when I try to download it suddenly I don’t have internet connection!
Me too! I stayed up all night (I’m Australian) waiting for it to come out, and as soon as it comes out- Nope, can’t download it. Connection issues.
Okay guys! I figured it out! Go into you’re EA account on a browser, and go to “order history”. If Sims 4 cars and dogs is listed as “processing” instead of “completed” CANCEL THE ORDER.
Once you cancel, re-buy the game and download with Origin immediately. That’s what I did and I’m finally downloading the game!!

Whyyyyyy i wannna get it early so dang bad but i cant shoot! I love this game so so much i play it every day and I bless the creators. U guys have rlly pulled it off and i play on ps4 igot it early so the day it can out i got it a day before! But i was thinking where is the pack on the ps4 thing where u can be a witch or mermaid or even a fairy plz tell me?!?!
