The Sims Team has announced their official lineup for Summer 2021, including a brand new Game Pack!
Although they haven’t shared the exact theme of the upcoming Game Pack for The Sims 4 they did describe it with “Snag a Cool New Career with a Creative New Game Pack!”. What is the pack all about? We’ll have to wait just a little bit to find out considering that it’s next in line – right after tomorrow’s release of The Sims 4 Courtyard Oasis Kit.
The release date hasn’t been specified and is still subject to change, but we can expect the Game Pack either late this May or in June!
I wish they drop the trailer tomorrow during the livestream but it seems to be unlikely cause I think they’ll showcase the new kit instead.
I’m actually super excited for a new game pack and I can’t wait to see the new career! I really hope they make it interactive like a Get To Work add-on, it’s very doubtful but regardless I’m excited!
They have been making good use of the freelancer/gig system. Wish they give us an opportunity to play as a band or independent musician that works well with the fame system
Let’s ignore the fact I’m seven months late to reply lol, I didn’t even know I had linked my Facebook account to comment but aah yes a band or independent musician option would’ve even game changing and realistic. Like that as an active career, practising your instrument, meetings with managers, recording and releasing albums, slow or rapid growth of fame due to the albums success or lack thereof would be absolutely amazing to play through!
Like the community has four or five things that’s pretty much unanimous: better babies, cars, farming, some kind of occult (usually werewolves or fairies depending on who you ask). The rest has less overwhelming support, so I’m calling these the big four.
A large, Windenburg-tier world I think would be number five. We’re desperate for space.
Would it kill them to maybe make some of it? Bunk beds were a great start, but they clearly didn’t understand WHY we wanted them–a bunk without the ability to slot desks or clutter underneath is a waste of space. It’s just a high bed.
I think the game pack will either be late May/very early June or towards the end of June. The updates. They said we’re getting a total of 3 between now and July and we already know one of them is this month.
“Creative Gamepack” makes me think they’re dumping in all the art and creative ideas they had for what came to be nifty knitting, just like they did for Eco Lifestyle and Spooky stuff (more than likely).
