It’s like Retail and Restaurants: you buy/build a Vet Clinic and then you can start playing as a Vet.

You do have to own the clinic to work there, but you could always buy some of the Vet objects and work on your own pets at home if you want.

Vet Clinics are similar to Dine Out’s restaurant venues (which coincidentally, I also worked on). So you can visit them and own multiple.

Yep! If your pet is sick at home, you can plop down an Exam Table to treat it without going to the clinic

There is a prebuilt one in Brindleton, but no extra ones in the library this time. You can also build your own on any lot 🙂

In TS4 pets will only die of old age. It was determined to be a little too dark to be able to euthanize pets for a T for Teen game😬
