Earlier this week SimGuruGraham and SimGuruLyndsay gave us a sneak peek at some of the new content coming in today’s fifth-anniversary patch for The Sims 4 on PC & Mac. The patch brings a wave of new build & buy items as well as a variety of new Create-a-Sim items too.

There are a variety of new build mode items including

The update to the stairs in this patch which will have some of us stepping up our builds from now on!

The summer dress isn’t new. It’s been in the game since the beginning.
The pictures for the Woman’s Summer Party Full Body Outfit and the Male Muslim Inspired button up shirt are not right, both of those clothing items pictured were in the game prior to the patch.

Yes, the Maxis Monthly had Summer Holiday in an off-the-shoulder outfit with wide palazzo pants. The men’s outfit had a longer jacket, I think too.

Have you guys looked at the swatches for the double doors? The patterned ones are quite pretty, but the plain ones look incredibly flat and unfinished. Can it be a mistake or is it supposed to look like that?
