The Sims 4 Realm of Magic adds a new collection to the game called Magical Artifacts. It also adds two new plants to the Gardening collection.
Magical Artifacts
The Magical Artifacts collection is comprised of wands, broomsticks, and familiars. Unlike most other collections in the game, every item in this collection is functional as well as decorative. Spellcasters can fly on their broomsticks, use their wands to cast spells, and name and summon their familiars to help protect them. When not in use, these items can be displayed as decorative pieces around your Sim’s home.
There are a total of 10 wands, 11 familiars, and 5 broomsticks to make a total of 26 items in the collection. Wands and broomsticks have multiple colour variants so your Sims can continue collecting artifacts of differing colours even after completing the collection. Additional colour variants will add themselves to the collection panel as your Sim obtains them.
Magical Artifacts can be purchased in Caster’s Alley or won through dueling.

Gardening
Mandrake and Valerian Root are the two new plants added to the existing Gardening collection. They come in a new magical seed packet and can be used as potion ingredients.

Finally, in game plants that actually look like the plants they represent. Kudos to the Sims 4 team for researching and creating plants for the game that are actually botanically correct looking. Love them!
Is anyone else having trouble finding colour variants of the wands? I have collected 50 wands or more and still have 11 wand colour variant slots to fill in my collection. Technically my collection is “complete” but as the song goes “I want it all!”
I have the same issue can’t get the wands to fill in the collection.

No, you’re not alone. I’m still missing 10 variants after well over 100 duels. This is with a sim who has max everything, all perks, and 26 additional leftover points I can’t even do anything with. I’m trying to figure out if it’s a bug or if RNG really REALLY hates me.
What are the cases the wands are in in the picture called? I’ve just got mine sitting about loose

Where do I find all these familiars and Wands? I have like 3 wands and a few brooms that’s all

I’m having trouble getting the Wand of the Elementals. I can’t win it or see it for sell.
I won mine from a duel with the mischief sage. I’ve won others from random sims but I’ve won several from her.
I’ve won a few duels but they haven’t been counted toward the spellcraft and sorcery aspiration… any tips?
Do better wands have an impact on duels or spells?
I have a want for a cat wand from build mode. Were would that be located?
