The Sims Team confirmed that they’ll be doing a full reveal of The Sims 4 Kits on March 2nd. However, it seems that a certain player was able to unlock these Kits already in their The Sims 4 game.
We were sent over a bunch of new images from these The Sims 4 Kits by our commenter anadius – including welcome screens for The Sims 4 Kits and a full list of objects for each and every one.
Down below you can check out what you can expect from each The Sims 4 Kit, but before we continue, here’s what the full Kits Menu will look like:
The Sims 4 Country Kitchen Kit
The Sims 4 Throwback Fit Kit
The Sims 4 Bust The Dust Kit
What’s interesting is that when it comes to Pack Filters – Kits will only have one filter for CAS and Build Items, categorized just as “Kits”. This means that even if you have multiple kits installed they’ll all be categorized under one.
We’ll make sure to keep you updated on the latest information on The Sims 4 Kits and more on Sims Community so stay tuned!
This is interesting and the factor of it being all under one category makes me ponder if it’ll be complimentary at least initally
Ah, forgot to add, DLC folder names:
Throwback Fit = SP20
Country Kitchen = SP21
Bust the Dust = SP22
Instead of creating a new category EA put them together with Stuff Packs and even skipped one number (SP19).
Probably because SP19 is reserved for something else. I wonder how much will they cost though.
When you saw these screens, did it show a price tag anywhere? I’m so curious about what they plan on charging for these.
Nope, no prices shown. But obviously that doesn’t mean they are free.
I think it would be $5 for kits, but that’s just an estimate because there’s different gameplay for different kits.
I knew your username looked familiar, you’re the person who made that tool on “that” forum to help simmers “sail the seven seas”
Tysm for that, bc even I did have $, I’m not buying anymore of these packs lol
same
Hmmm, it’s interesting and I do love that kitchen set. But I don’t know… It feels microtransaction’y. Well, like buying things that could have been added to expansions or stuffs pack.
HOWEVER, I do like the idea behind this. Will wait to see the full reveal, and I do know I’m getting the country kitchen as soon as I can get my hands on it. Would like to see what other kits besides the three we’ll be having in future.
Actual farm and space theme pls?!!??
I’m mostly interested in how much this will cost. Hoping it’ll be less than 4€, if more than that, it might be too much.
possibly 4 bucks american
Bust the Dust is the only one that comes with actual gameplay, so it’s likely the only one I’ll get.
I can get counters and activewear via CC.
