Carl’s Burglars Mod is out now for everyone!
A couple of weeks ago we wrote about Carl’s Sims 4 Guides’ latest addition to The Sims 4 Gameplay Overhaul Mod.
The modder was able to integrate an entire concept of Burglars into The Sims 4 with immersive features that make the addition worth adding into your game.
The mod adds an additional layer of challenge to The Sims 4 with random burglarly occurrences when your Sims fall asleep. There is a new Lot Trait that reduces the level of crime in your neighborhood making the Burglars visit your lot less often. There’s also a Lot Challenge that makes them appear more often!
On top of all of that the Burglars behave menacingly – as they should – stealing multiple objects in the middle of the night. You have a diffeerent set of interactions that allow you to attempt to take the objects back. If you’ve been extra pre-cautious you can also purchase a new Alarm System that alerts the police when your house gets broken into!
The Gameplay Overhaul Mod also includes plenty of fixes to The Sims 4 Dine Out Game Pack, as well as new challenging additions that will help you set the Game Difficulty.
For more information about the Burglars aspect check out our Walkthrough!
The Mod is out for everyone and you can download it by clicking the button below (the mod files are located on the bottom of the page). You can install the mod by pasting the downloaded files to Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods folder and enabling them in your Game Options.

Thank god. So stupid that EA didn’t include such an iconic feature themselves
