Maxis is releasing two new Kits for The Sims 4 in just two days on September 7th, 2023. The two Kits that are priced $4.99USD each are titled The Sims 4 Modern Luxe and Poolside Splash Kits. These Kits bring new items in Create A Sim (Poolside Splash) to accessorize your Sims’ pool adventures. If you’re looking for new Build Items, the collaboration with Xureila in Sims 4 Modern Luxe will leave you in awe!

The Modern Luxe Kit introduces 28 new items in Build Mode. You’ll find different Curtains, vanity decor and functional items like the bed, vanity table and the record player.

Player @Simmatically has also found within The Sims 4 Update files more information about the Vanity Table.

In case you don’t know, The Sims 4 Vintage Glamour Stuff Pack had introduced a Vanity Table as one of the new gameplay items. The latest Sims 4 Modern Luxe Kit Vanity Table now uses gameplay from The Sims 4 Base Game, as the latest update has transferred the vanity table from Vintage Glamour (SP) to Base Game content.

Functional Record Player

The record player that can be seen in the previews is confirmed to be functional. You’ll be able to enjoy some of your favorite Sims 4 Radio Stations in a new spot!
