EA is introducing The Sims: Project Stories!
The Sims Universe forecast doesn’t stop beyond what was just announced in today’s Sims Franchise look into the future. EA and Maxis have just announced a new line of Sims Franchise release products expected to come out in the next months and years to come. Including a promise of more MySims games for Nintendo Switch, the introduction of a new spin-off called The Sims: Project Stories and more about the game’s central hub.

The following information was shared by The Sims Franchise’s manager during EA’s Investor Day presentation, which gave a glimpse at the up and coming releases for The Sims series.


Upcoming The Sims Franchise Releases
The Sims 4
It will carry forward the tremendous engagement in volumes of content to make The Sims 4 the foundation of our future gross strategy. We’ll be updating the core technology foundation for the product and will release fun and exciting content for many years to come.
The Sims Project Rene
We will release an entirely new Sims experience. Allowing players to connect, create and socialize together like never before.
MySims
We will next build out the MySims line, the cozy game spin-off that appeals to younger generations. We just announced that we are releasing MySims for Nintendo Switch. And there will be more to come!
The Sims Project Stories
We’ll be launching a new standalone mobile game. Which will be a platform for creating and sharing stories in The Sims Universe.
The Sims Hub
These experiences will be united and connected with common creator tools and shared gallery. A single marketplace. The ability to port those objects from one experience to another. And a unified social network that will seamlessly connect players and fans across each and every Sims product. And the potential for the significant growth for The Sims Audience doesn’t stop there!

Forecast of The Sims Growth
“Our best years are ahead” reassures EA during their presentation, revealing how much content and growth they expect to reach in the coming Fiscal Year 25 and beyond. Citing the possible success of multiple franchises we mentioned above.
