The Sims 4 Desert Luxe is the upcoming Build Kit.
The Sims 4 had a leak slip up a couple of days ago after the recent Patch for the game dropped.
The Main Menu accidentally showcased the Key Art for The Sims 4’s upcoming Create A Sim Kit.
The Sims 4’s latest Roadmap has revealed already the plans for Summer 2022. Among the Expansion Pack release and free Base Game Updates that we got (and lots of glitches as well), are also the new Kits. Which are yet to be fully revealed:

The Upcoming Build Kit for The Sims 4 will probably release close together with the upcoming CAS Kit, whose Keyart was leaked above!
