On the dot, another round of free & paid maker packs have released for the summer, the third out of a planned six drops as part of a “pilot program” for a limited time! We’re still unsure if these packs will be removed after release, or if they will become part of or introduced as paid content, so make sure to get them while they’re free!
The two free maker packs dropped today are a Create-A-Sim Maker Pack by Sims 4 Marketplace Maker Boschiana, and a Build Mode Maker Pack by Sims 4 Marketplace Maker Syboulette. Both include two items, the prior being swimwear sets and the latter being bedding and a potted plant. As per usual, one paid maker pack also dropped, a Build Mode Maker Pack by Sims 4 Marketplace Maker Simspancake. It has a total of 31 items for 500 Moola, which is in line with both the pricing and object amount of the creator kits that were released prior to the marketplace. While it is a total of 500 Moola, it seems to be the largest maker pack dropped to date, with 31 total items instead of somewhere in the 20s that other maker packs have reached.
No matter how you feel about the Sims 4 Marketplace and virtual currency in general, We do recommend going in and grabbing free stuff while it is available always, even if you’re not actively playing The Sims 4 at the moment, just to avoid missing out on something you might like that is freely available.

From June 11 through July 16, Makers will release free content every week. Each drop will be available for just four weeks, ending on August 13 so check back weekly.
