SimGuruSarah confirmed that 50×50 is the biggest lot size you can plop/build on in The Sims 4!
The biggest lots are 50×50. The Sims 4 does not have 64×64 lot at this time.

This article is from 2014. There are 64×64 plots now, 2 or 3 of them, I don’t remember. Two are in Windenburg.
We should have an option to adjust lot sizes. Maybe in the cheats menu?
