What We Know
The Sims 4 Businesses & Hobbies is the 18th Expansion Pack in the game series. Introducing a whole new Small Businesses feature that reintegrates with previous Sims DLC Features. Allowing you to create and monetize existing Base Game hobbies and activities, plus all the activities we’ve gotten from past Sims Packs. There are also two new Hobbies: Tattooing and Pottery. Both which include deep levels of craft options and customization.
The new world called Nordhaven features 12 new Lots, scattered across two new Neighborhoods: Gammervik and Iverstad. The developers revealed yesterday the inspiration behind this world – citing Scandinavian cities as Stockholm (Sweden), Copenhagen (Denmark) and Oslo (Norway). Some elements of Amsterdam (The Netherlands) were also incorporated, citing extra inspiration from London (UK) and Berlin (Germany) too.
The Sims 4 Businesses & Hobbies release also features a great length of miscellaneous new Features. Including the Family Recipe System, Shady NPC, Skill Classes and plenty more. Personally I’m excited but I’m disappointed in their transparency with game problems. The only game in my library that has an issue with either corrupting game files or making gameplay unusable is sims. So hoping there is an update to enjoy this pack cause what good is it if game files corrupt when you have legacy players?

People are still buying overpriced, buggy, shallow expansions, we should boycott the Sims instead.

Some people will buy the games like myself I’ve bought them all and that personal opinion, but as I always say if you don’t like the price then wait for a sale to come on. But I find you kind of rude.

If you enjoy paying $40 and waiting forever for the same pack to go on sale by all means ,do you . But to reply and be upset cause someone else doesn’t agree on how money hungry the sims really is … not too bright of you lol So yes , all of these things we so enjoy to do , do need to be boycotted when they aren’t being fair in cost . There is zero reason they need to be $40 lol the sims makes way too much money to just be giving their fans below the bare minimum… how are yall mad about someone wanting the price to be lower lmfao
Yes! I am very excited! I play the sims 4 and visit the sims community website because I enjoy it. I will never understand people whose life is so sad and void of meaning they visit just to spread negativity. There’s a million other video games people. Choose one!
Anyway! I am very happy about this pack and eager to create new characters using the CAS!
I can’t wait for the game to come out tonight at 6pm for me, I already have them all, but I’m so not looking forward to having to update all my mods again
It all depends how you enjoy playing the game as to which packs you should buy.
I bought it off of steam and it won’t download into my game but says it’s downloaded. Not very happy right now
