A core part of restoring Bubbly Basin is raising the environment level, making your Pokémon happy and transforming the sunken Cerulean City into an underwater paradise. Now, just like with any Pokémon Pokopia world, as you raise the environment level in Bubbly Basin, more decor, recipes, and goodies become available in the shop at the Pokémon Center PC.

Bubbly Basin’s Pokémon Center unlockables are truly a treasure trove of the new Expansion pass items, including items from the new furniture sets, many new kinds of buildings, and a few habitat hints.

If you want to know what items are to come as you raise the environment level, here are all of the Pokémon Center unlockables you can purchase at the PC shop in Bubbly Basin.

The Bubbly Basin Pokémon center, which has special shell-designs in its windows.

Getting Started with the Bubbly Basin Pokémon Center

It’s not long after the start of the Bubbly Basin story that you will find the Pokémon Center. Now, as a reminder in case you’re jumping back into Pokémon Pokopia after a hiatus, you can access the shop without rebuilding the Pokémon Center (and will actually need to to acquire the rebuilding kit).

You will still have access to Pokémon Center unlockables from other worlds, but now there will be new things to unlock. It’s also worth noting that new Expansion decor items (including ones you can’t unlock at the Pokémon Center otherwise) will also show up in the daily rotating shop.

To raise the environment level, you need to make Pokémon happy by fulfilling their requests, whether that’s giving them food they like or specific furniture items. You can check your environment level progress at the PC. Every time you raise the environment level, new things will be added to the store. At lower levels, you’ll unlock more items as well as habitat hints to help you expand your world. Plus, by building new habitats and summoning new Pokémon, it’ll be easier to raise the environment level because there are more Pokémon to satisfy.

Note: there are no new backpack expansions or PP Ups in Bubbly Basin. So while we could definitely use more inventory space for all the new things in this new world, we aren’t getting any.

The images have the items in the order listed. Some of the items in the lists are recipes, but the images will show what they make. For seeds, what the seed turns into will be next to the seed bag.

Level Two

Upon raising your environment level in Bubbly Basin for the first time, you will unlock:

  • Marine chair
  • Marine table
  • Sand toys
  • Glossy tiling recipe
  • Set of 5 bags of seabed flower seeds (you can buy three sets for a total of 15 seeds)

You will also unlock two habitat hints: “Sandy digging spot” and “Discarded treasure."

Level Three

Level three has the most Pokémon Center unlockables (and is also the level you need to reach to be able to rebuild the Bubbly Basin Pokémon Center). At level three, you’ll unlock:

  • Marine closet
  • Cushion bed
  • Toolbox
  • Lampion
  • Set of 3 grubby pearls
  • Set of 5 seashells
  • Marine dresser recipe
  • Sandpile recipe
  • Seashell fencing recipe
  • Floating logs recipe
  • Set of 5 bags of watermelon seeds (you can buy three sets for a total of 15 seeds)
  • Clock tower kit
  • Aqua cottage kit

Two habitat hints will also become available: “creepy chimney rocks” and “Topsy-turvy.” As mentioned before, the Bubbly Basin Pokémon Center rebuilding kit will unlock as well.

Level Four

This is the last level where you’ll unlock habitat hints. The other unlockables are:

  • Bottled Ship
  • Sparkling jewelry
  • Pearl streetlight
  • Pointed wooden fencing recipe
  • Scale roof recipe set (includes a complete roofing, which is six pieces)
  • Imperial cottage kit
  • Laboratory kit

The final habitat hints are the “Canoe dock” and “Muddy spa.”

Level Five

You’ll unlock the final building kits when you reach level five. This level’s Pokemon Center unlockables are:

  • Teaware set
  • Book stack
  • Chain lamp
  • Marine closet recipe
  • Marine table recipe
  • Lacquered wall recipe
  • Gradient wall recipe
  • Imperial house kit
  • Supermarket kit

Level Six

Most of level six’s unlockables (as well as the levels to come) are recipes. Reaching level six unlocks:

  • Supermarket sign
  • Ornate chair recipe
  • Bubble machine recipe
  • Ornate door recipe
  • Metal wall recipe
  • Pathway light recipe set: Pathway light (line), Pathway light (single), Pathway light (corner)
  • Ocean pals rug

Level Seven

Many of the other worlds' Pokémon Centers sell rare Pokémetal ingots, and so does Bubbly Basin (except it has three instead of the typical single item). Here are the environment level seven unlockables:

  • Set of 3 rare Pokémetal ingots
  • Ornate table recipe
  • Wavy-pattern planter recipe
  • Ornate window recipe
  • Ornate wall recipe

Level Eight

Level eight is entirely recipes, so have fun crafting the following five unlockables:

  • Ornate bed recipe
  • Submarine door recipe
  • Hatch recipe
  • Submarine window recipe
  • Gradient wall recipe set*

*If you’re thinking, didn’t I already unlock a gradient wall recipe, you’d be right. You learned the gradient wall wallpaper recipe at level five (used in non-block house kits). The set unlocked here at level eight features two blocks: Gradient wall (upper) and Gradient wall (lower).

Level Nine

At this level, there are only the four following unlockables:

  • Harp
  • Ornate stand recipe
  • Ornate partition
  • Rectangle tiling recipe

Level Ten

This is the final environment level up, so it feels like you should unlock something super special when you reach this point. But there are only three recipes:

  • Ornate decorative shelf recipe
  • Stone-accent wall recipe
  • Temple recipe set: Stately flooring, Stately wall (middle), Stately wall (upper/lower)

You will also unlock the Basin Pokémon Center kit, which will enable you to change another world's Pokémon Center to look like Bubbly Basin's.

If you use Pokémon Pokopia like a building sim, striving to build majestic cities and decorate to your heart's content, then maxxing out your environment level quickly is a must.

Plus, the Basin shop sells most of the furniture items needed to make all of the Bubbly Basin habitats. So if you want to catch 'em all under the sea, keep on restoring the sunken city and soon enough you'll have a world brimming with new Pokémon and fun new furniture pieces.
